If you do not see any or even just some of your students in Schoolmessenger, their support has directed us that resyncing your contacts in their app may be necessary to restore the link between you and your student(s). 


  1. Open the SchoolMessenger app on your phone
  2. Click on the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner
  3. Click on Contacts from the menu
  4. Click refresh in the upper right-hand corner
  5. You should see a Schoolmessenger logo spinning on your screen for a couple of seconds while it performs a resync
  6. You should now see all students that you should have access to in SchoolMessenger for messages and attendance.
