In the event that SchoolPass Visitor Management begins to act awry, please read the following for common issues and their solutions.

All Students Unable to Sign-in:

Update iOS to the latest version.

Update SchoolPass app to the latest version.

If the above two don't work, contacting SchoolPass's support line may be necessary. 


A single student is unable to sign-in:

Go to the SchoolPass dashboard and login. It may be that the student's ID number is not properly connected to SchoolPass and will have to be corrected.

The student's SchoolPass is not synced with PowerSchool.


Error Code 1:

In the SchoolPass application, press and hold the Haverford "H" Logo until a menu appears. Within the first series of options, find "Clear Selected Printer" and select it. Then connect the desired printer via Bluetooth using the first option in the same menu.


Error Code 30001:

Enter the Settings app and re-select the printer in in the Bluetooth Settings.
In the SchoolPass application, press and hold the Haverford "H" Logo until a menu appears. Within the first series of options, find "Clear Selected Printer" and select it. Then connect the desired printer via Bluetooth using the first option in the same menu.

Hold the power button and the home button simultaneously to hard reset the devices.
Enter the Settings app, go to the Bluetooth section, and forget all devices paired to the iPad.
Reconnect the desired printer.

Enter the Settings app and re-select the printer in in the Bluetooth Settings.
