The School District of Haverford Township

When using a District email to send email(s) to outside recipients that includes sensitive/PII Data, the sender may receive an automatic email with this warning:

This warning is an automatic email that warns the sender that they just sent an email outside the District that contains sensitive/PII Data.

This is an added security measure via policies for the District's Google Suite.

This warning message is only sent to the sender and is intended to be a reminder about sending sensitive/PII Data through email and why it is a less secure method of communication for this type of data/content.

However, this does not prevent the email from sending to the intended recipient.

The email still proceeds to the recipient(s) email inboxes as expected.
