1.    Ensure multiple Google accounts are not signed in on the browser. If so, sign out of all accounts and sign in to only the one they're having trouble connecting to.

2.    Ensure 1st party and 3rd party cookies are allowed in the browser.

3.    Ensure extensions are not interfering by disabling all of them and trying again.

4.    Ensure the browser is up-to-date.

5.    Clear the browser's cache and cookies.

6.

a.    Have the user navigate to the Canvas user settings page: Account --> Settings

b.    Remove Google Drive as a registered service by hovering over it, clicking the red "x", then click ok.

c.    Scroll down under Approved Integrations and click the trash icon next to "Google Drive LTI IAD-Prod".

d.    Now remove the token from the Google side of things. To do this have the user log in to Google and navigate to Apps connected to your account and click on Canvas, then click Remove Access. (https://myaccount.google.com/ permissions) Then look for Google Drive LTI by Canvas on that same page and Remove that access as well. (If you don't see either of these that is a good thing and you can move on to the next step) * See Diana's and/or Mary's Notes below for next steps

e.    Open an incognito/private browsing window and have them log into Canvas and attempt to access the Google LTI. * students can't open incognito windows

f.    If that did not work, have them record themselves doing step 6 again and then escalate the ticket.
