Unbind the computer from Active Directory.
- Open System Settings -> Users and Groups
- Click Edit next to the domain name
- Click Open Directory Utility
- You will need to unlock the window first and then double click on Active Directory
- Click Unbind
You will need to enter your AD username and password.
You should have to use "Force Unbind"
- Close Active Directory and System Settings
Go into Jamf online:
https://jss.havsd.net:8443/index.html. The login should be the same as your computer login.
- Select Computers and search
- In the resulting list Use the Search field to search for the computer. Select it in the list
- Select History on the top navigation
- Select Policy Logs on the left Navigation
- Filter or look for Active Directory in the logs list.
- Select Flush to the right of Active Directory
Open Self Service on the computer you are trying to bind
- Select Active Directory Binding
- Restart when the Binding is complete
