Unbind the computer from Active Directory.

  1. Open System Settings -> Users and Groups

  2. Click Edit next to the domain name


  3. Click Open Directory Utility


  4. You will need to unlock the window first and then double click on Active Directory


  5. Click Unbind

    You will need to enter your AD username and password.  
    You should have to use "Force Unbind" 

  6. Close Active Directory and System Settings



Go into Jamf online: 


https://jss.havsd.net:8443/index.html. The login should be the same as your computer login. 


  1. Select Computers and search
  2. In the resulting list Use the Search field to search for the computer.  Select it in the list
  3. Select History on the top navigation
  4. Select Policy Logs on the left Navigation
  5. Filter or look for Active Directory in the logs list.
  6. Select Flush to the right of Active Directory


Open Self Service on the computer you are trying to bind

  1. Select Active Directory Binding
  2. Restart when the Binding is complete
