Export the staff members' SIS ID numbers from PowerSchool.
In Canvas click People. Fill in the Full Name, email, and SIS ID number. Click Add User.
Add staff to Courses:
Click Course and search for the course you want to add the staff member to. Click on the course title, then click people on the left panel. Click Add People. Check the radio button next to the Login ID and enter their email address in the box. Under Role select Student. Check the box next to Can Interact with users in their section only, and click Next.
